A private inquiry form, direct phone or email contact, and a review of the stated requirement. Products and any sourcing or project work are quoted before you decide to proceed.

What a quote must cover

The exact product or work, quantity, responsible parties, complete price, any service fee, freight and tax, timing, warranty, returns and acceptance method.

What sending a request does

It records an inquiry for GCT review. It does not reserve inventory, create a charge, appoint a vendor or guarantee a delivery date. The browser shows a receipt when the inquiry is recorded and an email notification is queued for db@gctllc.net. The receipt confirms storage, not email delivery. No automatic email or text is sent to you.
